1. General provisions
1.1. These rules establish the conditions for the conclusion, execution, and termination of the purchase-and-sale agreement between UAB „Autoelite“ and the client.
1.2. The Buyer must read these terms and conditions before purchasing goods. Placing an order is considered acceptance of the terms and conditions.
2. Order and payment
2.1. Orders are accepted online, by phone, or by email.
2.2. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate data. The Buyer shall be liable for inaccurate data.
2.3. Payment can be made by bank transfer, payment card, or other methods specified by the Company.
3. Kainos
3.1. All prices are indicated in euros including VAT.
3.2. The Company has the right to change prices, but the changes do not apply to orders already placed.
4. Presentation
4.1. The delivery terms are described in a separate document „Delivery Terms“.
5. Return
5.1. Return conditions are regulated in a separate document „Return Conditions“.
6. Liability
6.1. The Company shall not be liable for the buyer's losses if they arose due to the submission of inaccurate data by the buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Company's control.
6.2. The Company is not liable for internet connection disruptions that may interfere with the use of the website.
7. Intellectual property
7.1. All information on the website (texts, logos, photos) belongs to the Company and is protected in accordance with the Law on Copyright and Related Rights of the Republic of Lithuania.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiations.
8.2. In the event of failure to reach an agreement – in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, disputes shall be settled in the Vilnius City District Court.
