1. Returning Items
- Pursuant to Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Lithuania, the consumer has the right to cancel a distance contract and return the goods within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without giving any reason.

2. Return Policy
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- When returning an item, you must provide proof of purchase (an invoice or a sales receipt).
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is defective or unsuitable.
3. Refunds
- Refunds for returned items will be transferred to the buyer's account no later than 14 calendar days from the date the item was returned.
- If the item was defective or the wrong item was received, the seller covers all return costs.
